We’d like to share with you how A Cleaning Service is responding to the threat of COVID – 19. We are monitoring developments and evaluating our response daily.
Our chief concern is to protect the well-being of our clients and associates in the performance of the work we do in your homes and offices. To this end we’ve made and will continue to make adjustments to our daily operations that will include wiping down common areas and high touch surfaces like reception areas, phones, elevator buttons, railings and door knobs/handles with disinfectant wipes during our visit. All cleaning tools that we use in your home or office will also be wiped down with disinfectant wipes prior to arrival.
We want you to know that no one will come into your home or office unless they have been without a fever for 24 hours and after they have received testing for COVID – 19 and been given a negative result. Anyone who may have been exposed to the virus will not be allowed to return to work until they have received a negative test result or have been symptom free for one week. We will also be taking care of any employees who may not be able to work during this time to prevent any financial hardships.
